tattoo cost

Pricing

Several factors go into the cost of a tattoo, including size, style, placement and artist.  Smaller, one session tattoos (around the size of a hand or less) are usually quoted at a flat rate, while larger, multiple session pieces are charged hourly.  Simple designs tend to take less time, while realism, pointillism/dotwork and geometric designs are more time intensive.

Our artist hourly rates are based on experience and range from $100-$200 per hour.  A tattoo that is roughly about the size of the palm of a hand can take up to one hour to complete.  However, this varies greatly depending on the location and style of the piece.  To get an estimate for your tattoo it is best to come in for a consultation and talk to the artist you prefer.  Check out the artist portfolio pages to select an artist and see how to book with them. Our apprentices are often tattooing at discounted rates, you can check their pages to request an appointment with on of them.
