Tattoo Event Packages & Options

Gold Package

Perfect for large events seeking a high-capacity, premium tattoo experience.

  • $5700 for a 7-hour session

    • 2 artists and 1 assistant.

    • 10 pages of XS and Small designs or a mix of both.

Gold Package PLUS

  • $6600 for a 7 hour session

    • 3 artists and 1 assistant.

Silver Package

Pay-Per-Tattoo Package

This flexible package allows guests to cover the cost of their own tattoos. Pricing is per tattoo, providing a range of affordable, high-quality options.

  • $1,250 for 3 hours 

    • 1 artist and 1 assistant.

    • 3 pages of XS and Small designs or a mix of both.

  • Guest Pricing:

    • XS Designs: $75 per tattoo for simple designs around 1-2 inches.

    • Small Designs: $140 per tattoo for more detailed designs around 2-3 inches.

  • Additional Time: Extend the session for $300 per additional hour.

  • Additional Artist: Add another artist for $1,000 for a 4-hour session to accommodate more guests.

In-Shop Group Option

For a more private and customized experience, groups are welcome to visit our studio. Using our online scheduling system, guests can book individually, selecting an artist and reserving a time that works for them. This option allows each attendee to select from a wide range of available styles and artists, with individual payment options. This option requires guests to coordinate times themselves and work with their individual artist to create a personal design. There are no additional fees for this and it does not include any custom event-themed flash pages. For help with scheduling, please call the shop during business hours.

All-Inclusive In Shop Event

This 6-hour in-studio package offers a VIP tattoo experience with a lower rate compared to off-site events, giving clients exclusive access to the studio and dedicated artists for their special day.

  • Base Fee $4200 for 6 hours

  • 3 pages of XS and Small designs or a mix of both

Design Choices for Event Tattoos

To streamline the experience, hosts will work with our artist(s) before the event to create a curated design sheet that aligns with the event’s theme. This design sheet provides guests with a variety of stylish, meaningful designs to choose from without needing complex customization on the day.

Design Guidelines:

  • Curated Selection: Hosts can request one free alteration to any of the curated designs during the planning phase. Any additional redesign requests for individual designs will incur a $50 fee per design revision to respect the artist’s time and ensure quality.

  • Guest-Provided Designs: If hosts or guests have specific designs in mind, they must be submitted in advance for pre-approval. These designs may require adjustments to ensure they translate well as tattoos.

This approach helps maintain high-quality standards, respects the artist’s workflow, and provides guests with great design options, making the process efficient and manageable.

Design Options and Capacity Estimates

Each package includes curated flash designs based on the event theme, offered in two sizes:

  • XS Designs: 1-2 inches with simple linework and minimal shading, taking around 30-45 minutes per tattoo.

  • Small Designs: 2-3 inches with more detailed linework, shading, or color, requiring about 45-60 minutes per tattoo.

Estimated Tattoo Capacity (per artist):

  • XS Designs Only:

    • ~3-5 tattoos in a 3-hour session

    • ~5-8 tattoos in a 5-hour session

    • ~7-10 tattoos in a 7-hour session

  • Small or Mixed Designs:

    • ~2-3 tattoos in a 3-hour session

    • ~4-6 tattoos in a 5-hour session

    • ~5-7 tattoos in a 7-hour session

Note: These estimates are based on average completion times and may vary depending on individual design complexity and placement.

Booking & Licensing Recommendations

For on-site events, we recommend booking at least 8-10 weeks in advance to secure an artist and allow time for any necessary permits. If a temporary establishment license is required, Alchemy Tattoo Collective can assist with the paperwork, as licensing can take up to 6 weeks.

The estimated number of tattoos completed during each event is based on average timing and is provided as a general guideline. The actual number of tattoos may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of individual designs, client requests, and tattoo placement, which can affect the time required for each tattoo. As a result, we cannot guarantee a specific number of tattoos will be completed within the scheduled event hours.
