Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative individual to handle front desk operations, social media marketing, and shop cleanliness. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while also having a passion for content creation and marketing.

Your role
Key Responsibilities
đź’¬ Customer Service & Front Desk Operations
Greet clients, assist with appointment scheduling, and answer inquiries about artists and shop policies
Process transactions, manage the cash drawer, and handle gift card sales
Respond to phone calls, emails, and social media messages professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
📱 Social Media & Marketing
Create and post Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Stories to highlight artists, shop culture, and upcoming events under direction and brand guidelines
Share client experiences, artist spotlights, and educational content
Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and track social media trends
Assist with event promotion and marketing campaigns
đź§Ľ Cleaning & Shop Maintenance
Perform daily cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, taking out trash)
Keep front desk, client areas, and bathroom stocked and sanitized
Follow health & safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment
What We’re Looking For
Reliable attendance and the ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
Strong customer service skills—friendly, professional, and able to multitask
Comfortable with cleaning duties—this is not just a desk job
Social media marketing experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Self-motivated and proactive—able to work independently and take initiative
Excellent communication and organization skills
Familiarity with tattoo culture is a plus, but not required
Previous experience in reception, marketing, retail, or hospitality is preferred
