Alchemy Tattoo Expands: Introducing Our Second Location in South City!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in the Alchemy Tattoo Collective journey: the opening of our second location in South City!

New, 2nd Location! At 2809 Chippewa Street in South City St. Louis.

Goodbye Cherokee Street!

Our story began over eight years ago as a small, appointment-only shop nestled on Cherokee Street in South City. With a passion for our craft and a dedication to providing top-notch service, we quickly gained traction in the community. As our clientele expanded and our team of talented artists flourished, we knew it was time to find a larger space to accommodate our growing community.

Hello Central West End!

We relocated just down the street to the Cinderella building, but unfortunately, issues with our landlord eventually led us to make the difficult decision to move on from our beloved Cherokee Street location. After bidding farewell to eight incredible years in South City, we embarked on a new adventure and settled into our new home in the bustling Central West End this past fall.

While our move to the CWE marked an exciting new chapter, we couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia for our roots in South City. Many of our clients and artists expressed their fondness for the atmosphere and community that defined our time on Cherokee Street.

Driven by our continued growth and a desire to reconnect with our South City roots, we are now delighted to present the opening of our second location on an up-and-coming corner on Chippewa Street. This decision reflects our commitment to expanding our reach and services while remaining deeply rooted in the neighborhoods we love.

Our new South City location will offer the same exceptional service, creativity, and sense of community that has defined Alchemy Tattoo Collective from the beginning. Whether you're a longtime client or a newcomer, we can't wait to welcome you.

Hello again South City at 2809 Chippewa!

We are immensely grateful for the support and loyalty of our clients, artists, and community partners who have been with us every step of the way. Thank you for making this journey possible, and we look forward to creating unforgettable memories with you at our new South City location.

Stay tuned for more details about our grand opening celebration - we can't wait to celebrate this exciting milestone with you!

We're MOVING to the Central West End!

Recently we were blessed with some great coverage in publications. We are so honored to be recognized and heard by our city!

First, we were published in an article by the St. Louis Post Dispatch. Our artists were excited to share their perspectives about how the pandemic has affected the tattoo industry. We also had the pleasure of welcoming The Post’s photographer to our shop, and our photos were used throughout the article.

Shortly after the Post’s publication, we were featured by online magazine VoyageSTL where we went much deeper into the meaning behind our work.

Thanks so much, St. Louis, for making us feel like what we do matters!
