Alchemy Tattoo Collective is looking for a dynamic individual to be the face and backbone of our shop, combining front desk duties with social media and community engagement.

Your role
Your Role: As our Shop Manager, you will be at the heart of our shop's operations and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service: Greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Shop Maintenance: Keeping our space clean, organized, and inviting.
Social Media Management: Creating and managing Instagram reels, posts, and stories. Sharing client stories, artist spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, and educational material.
Event Planning: Organizing and promoting community events, charity tattoo days, and educational workshops.
Community Engagement: Building relationships with clients, local artists, and organizations. Promoting collaborative projects and partnerships.
Content Creation: Developing engaging content that highlights our "whys" and fosters a sense of community.
Marketing Campaigns: Implementing storytelling campaigns, loyalty programs, and themed social media series.
Apprenticeship Program Administration: Assisting with the administration and coordination of our apprenticeship program.
Problem Solving: Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and taking initiative to implement solutions.
What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated and capable of learning new skills independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Comfort in being the face and voice of our woman-owned shop.

Starting Pay: $14 - $18 per hour, plus commission opportunities. 25-30 hours per week.
